  1. Make sure the house you are interested in is available.
  2. Is it a Warren Homes or Sunshine Homes house?
  3. Confirm that you meet the income eligibility.
  4. Gather information related to your income and employment.
  5. Contact us if you have any questions or are in a unique situation.
  6. Click button below to print and complete an application. You can then scan and email it to our office; or, you mail it through the Post Office.
NOTE: If you want to drop an application off at our office, please be advised that we will not be able to meet with you until after it has been processed and reviewed.
